How will I recognise my driver at the terminal?

Your designated driver will await your arrival at the terminal with a board in hand, displaying your name. This way you will not have to go through the hassle of searching amongst a crowd.

Should I tip the driver?

Tipping the driver is not a requirement. However, if you find the meet and greet to be pleasant and you wish to tip the driver, you may do so. A tip is not included in the fare that is quoted upon booking.

What if my flight gets delayed?

Your flight status is constantly monitored by our team and your designated driver. In case of any delays or other changes, the driver will adjust accordingly so that you do not have to face inconvenience.
